The worst moving company you could ever imagine!!... Don't let there fake reviews on there website fool you! Tried to move a 3 bedroom home, it was booked in and confirmed the day before the move the called and said they had to reschedule our move, we didn't think to much of it, as it was only another 5 days so we waited. AGAIN it was rescheduled time and time again, A WHOLE Month living in our new home with a wife and toddler with NONE of our belongings. 2 and a half weeks into the wait I received a call saying they would do it next week 100% but the price was going to be $625 more!! NOT what they had sent me in the original quote. At this stage I was annoyed and told them cancel my booking refund my deposit and I'll find someone else, they refused to refund me and said OK we will do it $350 more, i said no we had an agreed price and I left a deposit based on that amount. Valuables missing too! Stay away!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Avoid this company. Simple 3 bedroom home, not even fully furnished. A 10 minute drive to my new property. Thousands of dollars worth of damage to my furniture. Rude managers who hang up on you. Movers who take hours and don’t even take any care moving your belongings. This is a company who will hold your belongings to ransom and threaten to call the police if you don’t pay their ridiculous fees when they damage your stuff beyond repair. No customer service. Now having to deal with the drama of their resolution team to try to get my furniture replaced. I have been attempting to deal with their complaints department since I moved two weeks ago, you’ll be ignored and if you finally do manage to get one of them on the phone, they are blunt rude and unprofessional. Brian can really sell their business over the phone, please don’t believe it. I have experienced first hand that they can talk themselves up but can not deliver on one single thing.

Cancelled on me on the day of the job. Via SMS only. Before a row of public holidays. Stopped answering phones and messages. The job was booked three weeks ahead. They took a deposit and didn't refund it and didn't get in touch about it. While searching for an alternative, another customer of their got in touch with me with the same experience. Stay away as far as you can.

I had just one week to move and this was pretty short of notice. I requested backloading quotes via Crazy Rise and was surprised to see the response. I got to backload my stuff keeping within my schedule. It has been a good experience.

The experience was good. I have never hired a backloading service provider. It was the first time and a lot easier than I thought it to be. Not many hassles and I didn’t have to keep waiting. And of course, it cost me a lot less.

I was skeptical about placing my stuff in a truck with some other primary load but had no other option. I took a leap of faith and hired one through Crazy Rise. I’m glad I did so and it was a good experience. All my goods were delivered safely.

I didn’t have a lot of stuff to move and frankly paying for the whole truck didn’t make any sense. I had been searching for an option when I came across backloading services and hired one through Crazy Rise. It turned out to be a good experience.

This is the second time I've used Top Gun movers and they didn't disappoint. They took extra care to move my furniture in the pouring rain and made my move stress free , definitely recommend to family and friends .

I used Top Gun Movers when we moved into our new apartment. I was beyond impressed with not only their professsionalism but their customer service/care was exceptional! It's hard to find a moving company that you can actually trust with all your most precious belongings - but we found them with Top Gun. I would 100% recommend them, and plan to use them again in the future.

My experience with TopGun Movers has been 5 Stars all the way. As a professional organizer I have worked with them on several different projects and feel very confident recommending them to any of my clients, friends and family. They are super professional, punctual, friendly and they are a well coordinated team, very efficient! And on top of it they are very reasonably priced. On one particular move my client had a very hard time find a moving company with the appropriate requirements for their office building. Harry from TopGun Movers patiently helped me overcome any obstacles by phone and I was able to hire these guys to move office furniture and boxes in a jiffy. Thanks boys!
